Head of Sales DACH Region (m/f)

To reinforce our rapidly expanding team in Europe, we are looking for you for our head office in Berlin – start date ASAP.

As the Head of Sales DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland), you will be responsible for running a team of Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Customer Success Managers. This is a tremendous opportunity for a supportive and action-oriented sales professional to make a direct impact on KnowBe4 strategic success.

You will be responsible for the continued rapid growth of the Sales Department and for driving revenue from the sales team. Qualifications include both sales management experience in the IT industry and a track record of management success.

And this is your job description:

Building, managing and developing a high performance team
Managing and driving sales by helping reps (Direct, Channel, Customer Success) manage their pipelines and exceed quotas
Developing and executing a partner (reseller) enablement program to ensure rapid onboarding, sales success and great customer experiences
Building close, productive relations with other KnowBe4 teams in Germany, Europe and the US and the Channel landscape
Maintain accurate Forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
Travel to Tradeshows and be willing to present in front of groups of Security Professionals
Conduct onsite visits if needed to present the product live to Large Customers

You will contribute:

Proven experience (3+ years ) successfully running an enterprise sales and/or channel sales organization
Track record of exceeding sales quotas and hands-on experience managing B2B sales teams in the IT industry, preferably in a US company in Germany
Familiarity with the Cybersecurity industry
Strong ability to motivate and increase sales using a positive approach
Strong analytical, strategic mindset and negotiation skills
Experience with Salesforce is a BIG plus
Like to have fun while working hard
You speak German and English fluently
