HR Business Partner DACH-Region (m/f)
To reinforce our rapidly expanding team in Europe, we are looking for you for our head office in Berlin – start date ASAP.
As a HR business partner, you will support us in the continued effort to establish and develop the KnowBe4 team in the DACH countries, as well as all other HR-related activities and events.
You will manage the entire recruiting process from posting the job and conducting telephone interviews to creating employment contracts and onboarding. Your vibrant, innovative talent acquisition strategy will inspire our team and optimise time-to-hire. You will be supported by external recruiting partners who will report to you.
As a result of the onboarding activities that you structure and co-ordinate, all new hires will successfully start working in their new positions. After onboarding, you will support management – to whom you report directly – with all administrative HR tasks (excluding payroll). And you will collaborate closely with the other European teams.

Development of requirements profiles in collaboration with the team in the DACH countries
Applicant research and direct address in online portals, internet networks, and databases
Independently conducting application and telephone interviews
Management of the entire onboarding process
Further administrative HR activities (excluding payroll)
Organisation and implementation of projects and events in collaboration with other teams
You will contribute:
Several years of experience in HR (2+ years) with a focus on recruiting & onboarding
Pleasure in acquiring new employees
Basic knowledge of labour law is a major plus
Know-how in HR marketing preferred
High level of social competency and love of dealing with people
Excellent time management skills
Systematic working style, self-organisation, and detailed reporting
perfect German and proficiency in English
Enthusiasm about working in a top team with diverse members
